The timeframe for building a new home can differ due to a number of variables for example the size of the home. A standard home in between 220-250m2 usually takes on average 6 months to build however the weather, trade availability and the supply of materials could potentially increase the build time.  A custom home with premium features and finishes usually requires more time. We take pride in taking the time to build your home with quality finishes.

We offer walkthrough's of the home during various stages of our build with a representative of Haestier Homes so that you can still see your home being built. This is all part of the fun! For the safety of our clients and due to WH&S, it is our policy that we do not allow anyone on site unless an appointment has been booked in prior.

We certainly do! It does help us to be able to do a measure up to make your quote more accurate. There is a fee incurred for site measures and plans to be drawn however, this just covers the builders and draftsman's time and resources used.
