What We Include in Our Contracts

We believe in complete transparency. From the initial design to handing over the keys, everything is included in your contract—right down to the last detail. Every single variation is accounted for upfront, so there are no surprises along the way. Our team guides you through the entire process, ensuring a smooth, stress-free build with no unexpected costs.

    Preliminary Items

        We allow for preliminary items such as your construction plans, engineering costs, contracts administrations costs and council and certification fees. We can also tailor this to suit your needs.

    Generous Allowances

        We believe in trying to make the building process as stress free as possible. We can tailor our allowances to suit your budget and work with you to ensure that there are no nasty variations at the end of your build. 

    Custom Plans

        We work closely with our building designers. We aim to create a space that is unique to you and your specific style and needs.

    Supplier Quotes

        We work closely with our suppliers to obtain quotes based on the house plans to try and get the most accurate figures for your quote.

    Midway Account

        We evaluate your selections to ensure that you are aware of any items you may have gone over or under on and discuss your variations with you during the build at the lock up stage. We appreciate the value in communication when dealing with your accounts.

    A Quality Clean

        Our team provide a thorough cleaning service to your home, leaving you a brand new sparkly home so that all you have to do is move in!
